Kainga Link Incorporated Ltd is the UK headquarters and contracting hub for freight. We own the brand, set group standards, and contract the regional operator who moves cargo on the ground.
The rule
Kainga Link UK contracts the country operator. The operator contracts hauliers, drivers and local suppliers. You contract the company named on the consignment or booking — not the individual driver.
Who is in contract with whom
Shipper / customer contracts Kainga Link and/or Kinterlink, as named on the consignment note or booking.
Kainga Link Incorporated Ltd contracts Kinterlink General Trading and selected UK advisers.
Kinterlink General Trading contracts hauliers, drivers, vehicle owners and suppliers in Zambia.
Drivers and owner-operators contract with Kinterlink. They are not Kainga Link UK employees unless a written UK contract says so.
What Kainga Link UK signs
Master partnership or freight-management agreements, brand and platform terms, group insurance and data arrangements, cross-border cargo accounts, and UK professional appointments.
What Kinterlink signs
Haulier and driver agreements, vehicle leases, fuel and workshop supply, local handling and depot arrangements, and local permits or corridor authorisations.
